Students begin with daily prayer and guided heartfulness meditation. They read school updates, discuss events, explore current affairs and read newspapers, preparing their minds for focused learning.
8:30 am – 9:40am
Students take part in hands-on, activity-based learning across core subjects including English, Maths, Science and Global Perspectives, deepening understanding through enquiry and collaboration.
10:20 am – 10:30 am
Students enjoy a short break with a healthy snack and outdoor play, giving them time to relax, recharge and reconnect with peers.
10:30 am – 11:50 am
Students explore interdisciplinary topics through projects, research and group work. These sessions build reflection, analysis, teamwork and communication across subject areas.
01:10 pm – 01:50 pm
Students eat nutritious meals in a relaxed setting and engage in light conversation or outdoor play, strengthening social bonds and supporting well-being.
