Dr. Vikram Ramakrishnan is a management consultant (at Booz & Company, London) turned entrepreneur with experience across a wide range of enterprises. His experience includes advising fortune 500 companies across Europe and India, co-founding Linkstreet, a Bangalore based corporate learning company (selected in the top 5 coolest start-ups in India by Business Today) and co-founding the CS Academy schools in Erode and Coimbatore. Dr. Vikram Ramakrishnan serves as a director at the CS Academy schools and is responsible for career guidance, industry connect and infrastructure development.

Dr. Sitara Vikram is a consultant psychiatrist with over 10 years working experience in London. Her expertise is in learning methodologies and techniques and she is an expert in assessing children for behavioural and cognitive disorders, family therapy and counseling. She is the Executive Director of CS Academy.

Ms. Nithya Sundaram is the Academic Director at CS Academy. She has extensive experience internationally in four countries (Indonesia, Hongkong, Singapore and India) across a wide variety of schools and syllabi including Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), International Baccalaureate (IB) and CBSE. She is trained in modern pedagogy at WIDE World at Harvard University, IBO and CIE, where she is a certified master trainer.

With over 20 years of experience in academic leadership, Ms. Smitha Baburaj is the Head of School, CBSE Stream at CS Academy. She is a dynamic educational leader with over a decade of experience shaping student success and institutional growth. Over the past 10 years, she has overseen the remarkable expansion of the senior secondary programme—from a modest batch of 34 students to over 300 students today across Grades 11 and 12. 

Under her leadership, the CBSE stream has broadened its academic offerings to include a wide range of subjects and skill-based learning opportunities, ensuring that every learner finds a pathway that suits their aspirations. 

Equally passionate about holistic development, Ms. Smitha underscores the importance of sports in building discipline, engagement, and resilience among students. She attributes the school’s strength to three key pillars: uncompromising academic standards, a distinctive teaching style, and the integration of sports as a core part of student life. 

With her global-minded perspective and commitment to nurturing well-rounded learners, Ms. Smitha continues to drive academic excellence, institutional growth, and international collaboration. 

Mr. Sony Thomas, Head of School, Cambridge International, Kovaipudur Campus at CS Academy, is a seasoned international school leader with over 25 years of experience in education. A Certified Cambridge Educator and A-Level Economics Assessment Specialist, he has guided both world and national toppers with his expertise and mentorship.

His journey at CS Academy began a decade ago, when Cambridge was yet to be introduced in the school. Starting as a teacher, he steadily rose through the ranks to become Senior Coordinator, Deputy Head, and now Head of School. He played a pivotal role in the launch of the Cambridge programme in 2014, shaping its growth into one of the most dynamic academic pathways at the Kovaipudur campus.

Mr. Thomas describes his tenure at CS Academy as the most fulfilling chapter of his career, a place where he has found purpose and long-term commitment—something unmatched in his previous roles. His leadership continues to inspire both staff and students, as he upholds the values of academic excellence, personal growth, and global-mindedness that define the school’s ethos.

J. Santha Priya is an inspiring leader in mathematics education with over 15 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, and principal. Driven by her belief in "building math minds rather than creating calculators," she is dedicated to fostering a deep understanding and love for math in students.

Santha Priya holds the prestigious CIDTL (Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers) with distinction, showcasing her commitment to educational excellence and lifelong learning.

She is particularly passionate about empowering teachers through training programs that refine classroom practices and spark innovative teaching techniques. From curriculum design to student empowerment workshops, Santha Priya’s contributions emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, and holistic development, shaping future-ready minds in the world of mathematics.

Ms. Gajalakshmi, the Principal of our Redfields Campus, who has been a part of the CS family for 24 years! Starting her journey as a kindergarten teacher in 2001, she has grown into an inspirational leader, shaping young minds and mentoring aspiring teachers.

Her passion lies in holistic child development, fostering inclusivity, and bringing out the best in every student. With unwavering dedication, she has spearheaded cultural events, guided countless young learners, and empowered her team to Aspire, Create, and Excel.

Meena Sridhar has been with CS Academy since 2020, having joined during the pandemic. With a strong passion for language, her expertise spans both spoken forms—such as debate, drama, and speech—and written expression, including articles, scripts, and reports. She deeply values the warmth of her colleagues, the trust of the management, and the vibrant interactions with students. What makes CS Academy truly special, in her view, is its balance between academics and co-curricular activities, providing students with meaningful opportunities to express their talents and grow holistically.

Vineetha Raj joined CS Academy in October 2023 and brings 1 year and 10 months of teaching experience. Specialising in Biology at the IGCSE and A Levels, Vineetha is skilled in curriculum planning and guiding students in research-based learning. She values CS Academy’s collaborative culture and the opportunity to inspire students to discover the joy of Biology. What stands out most about CS Academy, in Vineetha's view, is its unique blend of academic excellence and genuine care for student growth.

Ms. Nisha J. Nair is a PGT English and Senior Coordinator at CS Academy, CBSE, where she also serves as the Health & Safety and Multilingualism Lead. She joined CS Academy in 2017 and is currently in her ninth year with the institution. Her expertise spans academic planning, teacher support, coordination, administration, and parent communication. She deeply values the school’s supportive management and collaborative culture, which provide ample scope for initiative, expression, and professional growth.
