At CS Academy, this year has been a defining one for Career Development Services (CDS), reflecting our commitment to guiding students towards meaningful and informed futures. Having supported a thriving community of over 2800+students previously , CDS has continued to shape student journeys through a structured, age-appropriate approach—from self-discovery in Grades VI–VIII to career awareness in Grade IX, subject selection in Grade X, and university placements in Grades XI and XII. Through personalised one-on-one counselling, workshops, and seminars, students were supported in shortlisting universities, identifying competitive exams, and building clear, goal-oriented roadmaps. Opportunities for summer and exchange  further enriched their global exposure.

Our strong collaborations with external organisations and dedicated guidance have enabled students to secure placements in top universities worldwide, including prestigious Ivy League institutions. This year stands as a testament to how consistent mentorship and holistic support can empower students to confidently pursue their aspirations and shape their futures.

All Scholarships

This year marked a significant milestone in student achievements and global opportunities. The total number of scholarships awarded reached approximately ________, amounting to an impressive 60 crores in value. A notable trend has been the growing interest in universities across Hong Kong and other Asian regions. Parent engagement has also significantly increased, contributing to students securing nearly 400% more scholarships compared to previous cycles. This reflects the expanding global outlook and strong academic preparedness of our students.

One-on-One Counselling Sessions

Personalised guidance continues to remain at the heart of our future pathways programme. Extensive one-on-one counselling sessions were conducted with graduates, alongside dedicated guidance sessions for cohort parents. There has been a growing interest in Japan as a higher education destination, with the country emerging as a promising hub for Indian students. In line with this, the University of Tokyo was invited to campus to guide parents and students through application processes. Middle school students from Grade 6 onwards were also introduced to age-appropriate career pathway exploration. These efforts ensure informed decision-making at every stage of a student’s journey.

Futures Framework

Equipping students with the right tools is essential in navigating future choices. Unifrog is an AI-powered platform used globally to help students make informed decisions about university courses and career pathways. As a comprehensive destinations platform, it has supported over 2.2 million students worldwide. Such initiatives empower students with clarity, confidence, and direction for their futures.

A-Z Parents Speaker Series

Engaging parents as partners in education adds meaningful depth to career exploration. The International Schools Partnership A–Z Speaker Series brought together parents and professionals to share real-world insights, inspired by trends from the World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report. In a recent episode, Karthi Purushothaman explored how technology is shaping careers beyond AI roles, highlighting key skills, ethical decision-making, and preparation strategies.
The session fostered valuable perspectives and conversations around future-ready learning.

University Fair

Exposure to global institutions plays a vital role in shaping student aspirations. The Future Pathways Festival brought together over 110 international universities, including University of California, Los Angeles, Imperial College London, Bocconi University, and University of Sydney. Students engaged directly with admissions representatives, explored programmes and scholarships, and attended sessions on global trends. The experience strengthened their awareness, confidence, and readiness for higher education pathways.

Future Pathways Conference

The Future Pathways conference served as a dynamic platform to connect learning with real-world opportunities. The ISP Pathways & Careers Futures Conference was successfully hosted, marking the first of its kind in the Asian region, with CS Academy as the host institution. The event welcomed MEA participants and delegates from University of Cambridge. The programme featured a student talent showcase, breakout sessions across specialised labs, and an engaging alumni panel discussion. Overall, the conference created a meaningful and impactful experience, inspiring students to confidently shape their future journeys.
