CSA-ISP Art Fete 25-26: A Resounding Success!*

The CSA-ISP Art Fete 25-26, held in the month of November was a spectacular event that showcased the artistic talents of our students from UKG to grade 8. The event was a culmination of a month-long guidance and training by the Art Department, where students were introduced to various art techniques such as Colouring techniques, pencil sketch Art, monochromatic painting, Flip book illustrations, Water colour, and Mixed media. Judging of the art pieces were done in collaboration with a parent Ms. Kannupriya who is a renowned artist and runs an organisation called Dhiti Arts.

The event was not just about showcasing art, but also about giving back to the community. Our Change maker project students of grade 9 and 11 volunteered to help conduct the event as an "Art for cause" initiative. They sold their self-made art and craft products, raising funds for Shanthi Ashram, our collaborative NGO, to support the under-resourced community for their education. This initiative helped our students learn the values of citizenship and social responsibility.

The best art works of the students were displayed in the ISP's Online Global Art Gallery with thousands of schools around the Globe.

A virtual exchange session was successfully held between Grade 8B of CS Academy and Einstein Primary School, Poland, promoting cultural understanding and global awareness.

The Exchange programme started with a letter exchange between students of both the schools where they got to know each other.
In the second session students from Poland shared insights about their country’s geography, culture, traditions, and leadership, giving a clear picture of their national identity.
Grade 8B students confidently presented on Indian food, festivals, and cultural diversity, showcasing excellent preparation and communication skills.
