As a committed education professional with over two decades of experience in the CBSE curriculum, I am proud to contribute to the continued growth and academic excellence of CS Academy.

As a committed education professional with over two decades of experience in the CBSE curriculum, I am proud to contribute to the continued growth and academic excellence of CS Academy.

Throughout my career, I have served in several key leadership roles — including Head of the English Department, Exam Controller, Academic Head, Level In-Charge, and Academic Coordinator. These experiences have provided me with a well-rounded perspective on academic operations and have strengthened my focus on creating a positive and enriching learning environment.

I believe in a hands-on, student-centred approach to leadership, where strategic planning is combined with empathy and adaptability. I actively engage with both students and faculty to ensure individual needs are met and learning outcomes are maximised.

My multilingual background has enabled me to build meaningful relationships across our diverse parent and student community, fostering trust, open communication, and strong collaboration between home and school.

At CS Academy, I continue to work closely with faculty teams to align academic practices with the school’s broader vision, mentor teachers, and ensure effective curriculum delivery. I remain committed to nurturing a culture of excellence, innovation and inclusion — where every learner is empowered to grow with confidence and clarity.
