  • School Youth Ideathon 2025 

 

Adhulan and Pranav of Level 12 achieved national recognition at the finals of the School Youth Ideathon 2025 held in New Delhi. Their project, HS Incubator, was declared the Winner in the Future of Learning category. 

The competition, regarded as India’s largest school entrepreneurship platform, witnessed participation from over 102,000 teams nationwide, making their achievement a remarkable milestone in innovation and student entrepreneurship. 

 

  • Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award 

 

Rayan Krishna and Adhulan Rajkamal of A Level, along with Abishan Sooraj of IGCSE, received the prestigious Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards. They were felicitated at the Cambridge Awards Ceremony held at Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa. 

Their achievement reflects months of dedication and academic excellence, bringing national recognition and pride to CS Academy. 

 

  • Young Eco Champion  


Dhruv Arjun of Class II-A, CS Academy, received the 2nd Runner-Up award for contributing the highest recyclable waste individually in a drive conducted by WOW – Wellbeing Out of Waste. 

The initiative saw participation from schools across Coimbatore, Erode, TiruppurPollachi and Dindigul. His achievement highlights the importance of nurturing environmental responsibility in young learners and encouraging sustainable habits from an early age. 

2. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SCHOOL 

  • All School Pooja 


Special poojas were conducted on campus in a serene atmosphere for the well-being of staff and students. The Vaastu Pooja and Maha Saraswathy Pooja were performed at the KG Play Area, seeking blessings for harmony and wisdom. 

The presence of the Executive Director added significance to the occasion. The Principal blessed and motivated the Board Examination students, while the Academic and Administrative Heads extended their support. Pongal prasadam was distributed to all, and the ceremonies concluded with prayers for peace and the continued growth of the institution. 

  • Anti Narcotics Drug Rally
     
     

  • Republic Day celebrations 

 
The Republic Day celebration was observed on campus with pride and enthusiasm. The National Flag was hoisted by the Heads of the Institution, who addressed the hostel students on the importance of civic responsibility, constitutional values and national unity. Sweets were distributed to all present, and the PE and staff members participated actively, adding to the spirit of the occasion. The celebration stood as a meaningful reminder of the duty to uphold the democratic ideals of the nation. 

  • Energy Conservation project 


An exciting Energy Conservation Project was inaugurated with the presence of Assistant Engineer J. Jayakumari from the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (North Podanur Section), along with AEs Ms. Uma Maheswari, Ms. Chownika and Mr. Ramesh Rao from across Coimbatore. 

Engaging students of Grades 4–8 (CBSE) and 6–7 (Istream), the team conducted an interactive quiz and shared practical energy-saving and electrical safety tips. The event also marked the launch of the school’s Energy Conservation logo, Watts Matter, declaring students as Coimbatore’s Energy Ambassadors. Class leaders received Ambassador badges, and quiz winners were awarded prizes. As part of the initiative, each student will now take energy-saving awareness to five households across the city. 

  • Alumni Meet 


The campus blossomed with nostalgia as alumni journeyed from different parts of the world to reconnect with their roots at CS. The Alumni Meet unfolded as a morning of warmth and shared memories, featuring engaging panel discussions that sparked meaningful conversations about growth and aspirations. A spirited friendly match between alumni and the current batch added energy and camaraderie to the celebration. Student-led emceeing brought confidence and charm to the stage, while the elegantly adorned CS Hall created a welcoming ambience. Laughter echoed through familiar corridors as stories were revisited, friendships rekindled, and the enduring CS spirit celebrated in full bloom. 

  • Anti narcotics drug rally: 


As part of the Anti-Narcotics School Immersion Programme, Grade 9 students participated in an awareness rally at Kovaipudur to spread awareness about the dangers of addiction. Moving beyond classroom learning, students carried placards and raised slogans, engaging directly with the community. 

The initiative offered a meaningful experiential learning opportunity, encouraging students to understand the impact of social responsibility and the importance of contributing to a healthier society. 

  • Threads of Hope 


As part of the Changemakers project Threads of Hope, students of AS and A2 organised a heartfelt donation drive, contributing over 300 neatly sorted clothes to underprivileged students at a nearby government school. 

The initiative began with students designing vibrant posters and messages to encourage contributions across the campus. Inspired by their efforts, many students came forward to donate generously. The activity not only provided essential support to those in need but also reflected the power of empathy, teamwork and social responsibility, leaving the students feeling proud and fulfilled by the impact of their collective effort. 

  • Exploring History Through a Gallery Walk 


A Gallery Walk was organised for Grade 8 on the theme “World War II and the Middle East Countries,” where students creatively presented their learning through podcasts, newspaper articles, drama, board games, cultural comparisons and chart displays. 

The activity showcased students’ curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking, while strengthening their communication, digital literacy and global awareness. The session concluded with a thoughtful video reflection on their learning experience. 

3. SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS   

  • Strong Debut at ISSO National Meet 


CS Academy International marked a significant milestone with its debut participation in the ISSO National Meet. Competing among 90 leading international schools from across India, the students rose to the challenge with commendable confidence and determination. 

While several athletes secured top 10 rankings, the event stood out as a proud beginning, reflecting the school’s growing presence on the national stage and its commitment to sporting excellence.
